These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Coincraze, a real-money gaming platform operated by CAMIRO GOODS TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing and using Coincraze’s services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older to play real money games.
Users must reside in states where real-money gaming is legally permitted.
Users must provide accurate registration details and complete KYC verification for withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Security
Users must create an account using Full Name, Mobile Number, Password, and Referral Link (if available).
Verification is done through Mobile OTP to access the app.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
Multiple accounts are not allowed on Coincraze.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are allowed only via UPI.
Withdrawals are processed only after account completion and KYC verification (PAN mandatory, Aadhaar optional).
Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 3–7 working days.

5. Fair Play & No BOTS Policy
Coincraze has a strict No BOTS policy – no robotic programs or software can be used on the platform.
Seating is random, and players have no control over table selection.
Collusion, fraud, or use of unfair practices may result in account suspension or termination.

Deposit limits can be set by users to manage their spending.
Users experiencing gambling-related issues are encouraged to seek support.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
