3. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 3–7 working days from the date of request submission
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI account) used for the deposit

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Gameplay Losses: Coincraze does not offer refunds for losses incurred during gameplay
Violation of Terms & Conditions: If a user is found violating fair play policies, refunds will not be entertained
Incomplete KYC Verification: Refunds will not be processed if the user has not completed mandatory KYC verification
Withdrawn Funds: Once funds are withdrawn, they cannot be refunded or reversed
